Procedures (dosing, intervention processes - algae)

Procedures (dosing, intervention processes - algae)

a) Initial chemical treatments

  • Empty the pool completely
  • Thorough cleaning of the pool walls and bottom using special products: MAGO
  • (see attachment for use).
  • Cleaning of the dark line formed on the edges of the pool due to the action of fat i
  • oils present in water (Ti-DET or DETERPOOL).
  • Next, carry out a detailed treatment on the walls of the pool using algaecide s
  • strong biocidal action (EXPOSAN RB1). The purpose of this operation is to destroy
  • nutrients to prevent algae from forming on the pool walls.
  • Continue filling the pool with potable water.
  • Correction of pH values to optimal values of 7.2 - 7.4.
  • Initial juice treatment of new water: in this way the value of free
  • of active chlorine to a level that enables safe disinfection
  • complete water in the pool, including that in the pipeline. The treatment is carried out with
  • products that have been specially studied and formulated (OXICLOR 10).

b). Maintenance of the filter plant

Filter control:
FILTERS FILLED WITH BIOVITRUM GLASS (BIOVITRUM Ti, Ag+ or Sphere) or quartz sand: after opening, check the level and cleanliness of the filter material. In case of impurity of the filter material, it is necessary to act in two different ways:
  1. In the event that the contamination is minor, its complete washing can be carried out with a product specifically intended for this purpose (BLU FILTER CLEANER and OXICLEAR FILTER).
  2. If the filter material is so polluted that it is unusable, proceed with its complete removal and replace it with BIOVITRUM Ag + or SPHERE. Also check if the inside of the filter itself is in good condition without the presence of deposits that can represent dangerous nesting sites for microorganisms

c). The pool is ready...

  1. Stabilization of parameters to ideal values to allow the water to have such characteristics as to ensure good effectiveness against bacteria and to retain clarity and remain crystalline.
  2. When the optimal values of chlorine and ph mentioned above are reached, maintain the levels by using products (BICLOR 56 - TRICLOR 90 - QUASAR) and correctors of ph values (EXPO pH NEW BLU - liquid or EXPO pH SUPER POWDER - burst).
  3. Check parameters using suitable optical or photometric systems, colorimetric type such as Pool Tester or Multitest RX 2001 or Pool Lab 1.0.
  4. Algicides: dosage of weekly maintenance amounts (EXPOSAN RB1, EXPOSAN C91).
  5. By changing different algaecide molecules to avoid the occurrence of acquired resistance (EXPOSAN C91, alternating with EXPOSAN RB1).
